What is Celosphere?

Celosphere is the annual user conference for customers and partners of Celonis. It’s the only global gathering of the Celonis community. For two days, the top 3,000 process experts in the world convene to connect, learn, share, and take their business performance and careers to the next level.

Who should come to Celosphere?

Celosphere is a user conference that is designed primarily for current Celonis customers and partners, whose teams come to hear about new product announcements, get the latest info and training on Celonis capabilities, and share best practices with other customers.

Attendees come from a variety of business areas, including IT, Process Excellence, and different lines of business — Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, Shared Services, and more.

Companies from a variety of industries attend and present at Celosphere, including Manufacturing, Banking, Insurance, Retail, Consumer Goods, Healthcare, Life Sciences and Pharma, Telco, Utilities, Oil & Gas, High Tech, and Public Sector.

There will be relevant session content for Celonis customers and partners in all of the roles and industries above.

If you’re not yet a Celonis customer, Celosphere can be a great place to get started, and you may want to consider joining for our introductory sessions like “Zero to Process Mining.”

What can I expect?

Over the course of two days in Munich, you can expect to:

  • Learn. Attend a variety of sessions led by the Celonis team, our customers, and partners. Understand the capabilities of Celonis that can help you achieve your business goals.
  • See what’s new. Celosphere is where we make our biggest product announcements every year. Attendees are the first to get their hands on the newest Celonis capabilities.
  • Network. Participate in roundtable discussions with your peers and connect with the Celonis partner ecosystem in our Expo Hall.
  • Take the next step in your career. Process Mining is a fast-growing field and in-demand skill for process excellence and technology professionals. At Celosphere, you can earn an exclusive credential that you can add to your LinkedIn and C.V. to show your expertise.
  • Celebrate. Enjoy live performances, fun and games, and our annual community Celobration.

What Celonis credentials can be earned at Celosphere and how do I earn them?

You can earn a badge from the Celonis Academy by attending an instructor-led training on the day before the Celosphere (October 22). We have four courses available. Note that these are add-on tickets with an additional cost.

  • The Center of Excellence Lead Track
  • The Celonis Analyst Track
  • The Celonis Data Engineer Track

Registration

How do I register for Celosphere?

To register for Celosphere, go to the Celosphere page and navigate to the registration button. You will be asked to select your ticket and enter your payment information.

Once registered, you will receive your ticket via email.

How much does it cost to attend Celosphere?

he full price of a Celosphere General Attendee ticket is € 1399, not including VAT. Discounts are available for early bird purchasers and groups. See the registration page for details or refer to the image below.

What does my Celosphere ticket include?

General Attendee tickets include:

  • Full pass to the Celosphere main event on October 23 and 24.
  • Access to all sessions: keynotes, breakouts, roundtables, workshops, and more
  • Access to all public areas of the conference, including the Expo Hall, networking areas, and more
  • Meals included: breakfast, lunch, snacks, coffee, happy hour refreshments on October 23 and 24, 2024

Partner tickets include all of the above, plus full access to the Celonis Ecosystem Summit, which takes place on Monday, October 22, the day before the main event. This is a full day of enablement and education exclusively for Celonis Partners.

Add-on tickets are available for those interested in attending an instructor-led training from the Celonis Academy, which take place on Monday, October 22, the day before the main event. Instructor-led trainings are available for New Users, Business Users, Analysts, and Data Engineers.

What methods of payment do you accept?

Our preferred method of payment is credit cards, and payment can be made on the website when you register. If you do need to pay by invoice, please reach out to events@celonis.com.

Do you offer group discounts?

If five or more people are attending from your company or organization, you can register as a group which applies a 20% discount.

Travel & Accommodations

Are there hotel blocks available?

Description: We do not have any hotel blocks with special pricing, but we do have the below hotels that we’d like to recommend for the event. To book, reach out directly.

When should I travel to and from Munich?

Celosphere has two full days of programming on October 23 and 24. We recommend arriving in Munich at least one day earlier (October 22) and departing the day after the event (October 25) or later.

In addition, we have pre-conference programming on October 22 for our Academy Day, attendees that were selected for our Process Earth Sprint, and Partners participating in our Ecosystem Summit. To learn more about the pre-conference registration and costs, please refer to the FAQ under registration for further information. For those participating in these pre-conference events, we recommend arriving on October 21.

Which airport is closest to Munich?

The closest airport is Munich’s Franz Josef Strauß Airport (MUC) (German: Flughafen München Franz Josef Strauß).

Will there be transportation from local hotels to the venues?

We will not have shuttle buses. Please refer to the public transportation section below - the venue is reachable via the U2 subway line.

Will there be parking available?

The Messe Munich has parking. Please refer to the website for the venue for further information.

What options are there to take public transportation to the venue?

The Messe Munich is reachable by the U2 subway line in the direction Messestadt Ost. Tickets can be purchased from Münchner Verkehrsgesellschaft (MVG), Münchner Verkehrsverbund (MVV) and through the Deutsche Bahn (DB) using the Tarifzone M.

During the Event

How do I pick up my badge when I arrive?

Visit the registration desks near the entrance of the Celosphere venue to sign in and pick up your badge. Please bring a government-issued photo ID.

Information about registration times and satellite locations will be available shortly.

Will meals be provided at Celosphere?

Yes, breakfast, lunch, coffee, snacks, and happy hour refreshments will be provided on both days of the event.

Is there a place to check my bag and coat?

Yes, there will be a coat check.
