Celosphere is the annual user conference for customers and partners of Celonis. It’s the only global gathering of the Celonis community. For two days, the top 3,000 process experts in the world convene to connect, learn, share, and take their business performance and careers to the next level.

Celosphere is a user conference that is designed primarily for current Celonis customers and partners, whose teams come to hear about new product announcements, get the latest info and training on Celonis capabilities, and share best practices with other customers.
Attendees come from a variety of business areas, including IT, Process Excellence, and different lines of business — Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, Shared Services, and more.
Companies from a variety of industries attend and present at Celosphere, including Manufacturing, Banking, Insurance, Retail, Consumer Goods, Healthcare, Life Sciences and Pharma, Telco, Utilities, Oil & Gas, High Tech, and Public Sector.
There will be relevant session content for Celonis customers and partners in all of the roles and industries above.
If you’re not yet a Celonis customer, Celosphere can be a great place to get started, and you may want to consider joining for our introductory sessions like “Zero to Process Mining.”

To register for Celosphere, go to the Celosphere page and navigate to the registration button. You will be asked to select your ticket and enter your payment information.
Once registered, you will receive your ticket via email.
he full price of a Celosphere General Attendee ticket is € 1399, not including VAT. Discounts are available for early bird purchasers and groups. See the registration page for details or refer to the image below.

Partner tickets include all of the above, plus full access to the Celonis Ecosystem Summit, which takes place on Monday, October 22, the day before the main event. This is a full day of enablement and education exclusively for Celonis Partners.
Add-on tickets are available for those interested in attending an instructor-led training from the Celonis Academy, which take place on Monday, October 22, the day before the main event. Instructor-led trainings are available for New Users, Business Users, Analysts, and Data Engineers.
Our preferred method of payment is credit cards, and payment can be made on the website when you register. If you do need to pay by invoice, please reach out to events@celonis.com.
If five or more people are attending from your company or organization, you can register as a group which applies a 20% discount.

Celosphere has two full days of programming on October 23 and 24. We recommend arriving in Munich at least one day earlier (October 22) and departing the day after the event (October 25) or later.
In addition, we have pre-conference programming on October 22 for our Academy Day, attendees that were selected for our Process Earth Sprint, and Partners participating in our Ecosystem Summit. To learn more about the pre-conference registration and costs, please refer to the FAQ under registration for further information. For those participating in these pre-conference events, we recommend arriving on October 21.
The closest airport is Munich’s Franz Josef Strauß Airport (MUC) (German: Flughafen München Franz Josef Strauß).
We will not have shuttle buses. Please refer to the public transportation section below - the venue is reachable via the U2 subway line.
The Messe Munich has parking. Please refer to the website for the venue for further information.
The Messe Munich is reachable by the U2 subway line in the direction Messestadt Ost. Tickets can be purchased from Münchner Verkehrsgesellschaft (MVG), Münchner Verkehrsverbund (MVV) and through the Deutsche Bahn (DB) using the Tarifzone M.

Visit the registration desks near the entrance of the Celosphere venue to sign in and pick up your badge. Please bring a government-issued photo ID.
